3.4.4. Dialing via TAPI

The NCTI premium / CRM Client has a TAPI interface. With the interface, various internal data bases can be connected.

-To activate dialing from TAPI, right-click on the green icon in the menu bar to access the administration dialogue.

-Click on Configuration and select the Dialing method.

-Click on Add.

- Click on Save to save the settings in your client.
